Small apartment on the 1st floor situated on the sunny west side with a view of the enclosed picturesque courtyard. Your comfort is ensured by air conditioning with a heat pump that cools and warms. The reconstruction respected the original composition of the apartment, where even the new shower remained part of the kitchen. The toilet is separate. The use of the apartment will mainly be provided to friends or families of up to four people (plus a travel cot on request). Pets are not allowed. NO SMOKING.

Area

It is a newly renovated apartment with an area of 42 m². From the hall we enter the toilet, the kitchen with a shower and a balcony and the main room with up to 4 beds and a dining table. The beds are variably foldable.

We installed a hanging bicycle holder on the balcony (see XL photo frame, 29′ wheels) and a smaller one (smaller frame or 26′) fits normally. Please keep the wheels washed. There is a contactless dishwasher nearby. (1.5 km, Sileka)

Guest access

In addition to a small pantry, which is used to store cleaning supplies, guests have the entire apartment at their disposal.
